Q: Where are you located?
A: Our warehouse is located in Silang Cavite all items are on hand and not shipping from abroad. You will get the item(s) in 5 to 10 business days.
Q: I can't find the items I want / You want us to import items for you
A: Please contact us via phone or email we might be able to import depending on the quantity you need.
Q: What is your 'satisfaction guaranteed' policy?
A: If item(s) you ordered arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate return. You need to provide a proof, a photo or short video showing the defect of the item. We accept Return if there’s enough proof and we request that the package is in its original packaging with proof of purchase (such as your contact details and order number), We issue refund or replacement as soon as we get the item back.

Q: If I need to make a large order, do I receive a further discount?
A: Discounts depend on product type and product quantity you require for each item. Please contact us to discuss this further.
Q: How long it will take to receive my order after I have made my payment?
A: We will ship your order in 1-2 business days after we received the payment. For urgent order, please contact us as soon as the order has been made. Normally 5 business days within Metro Manila, and 5-10 business days outside Metro Manila (Visayas and Mindanao)
Q: Do you take customized orders?
A: Yes. You are welcome to provide us with samples or pictures with details of
specifications. We require minimum quantity for customized orders and it will take up to 10 weeks for us to receive the items from China.
Q: How can I know about my order status?
A: Once we post your goods, we will provide a tracking number to you upon request. You may also contact us to get the tracking number. We would be happy to assist you.
Q: What should I do If I didn't receive my full order or not what I ordered?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible and indicate what items are missing in the order.
